What is planned?
Town and Country Planning 1990 (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) I give notice that an application has been made to Salford City Council by the following for planning permission for the developments indicated which may affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area and Affects the Setting of a Listed Building specified or Listed Building Consent:

Reclaimed slates to be used, to match existing, where existing unable to be reused or damaged. Small area of parapet wall and coping stone to be taken down and rebuilt. Vegetation removal to parapet wall areas and small areas of localised repointing at high level. New loft insulation and access hatch to be installed to each flat. Bagged insulation to be installed above suspended ceiling tiles to corridor areas. To roof pitches not visible from main road and of suitable orientation (yet to be determined by specialist) provide and install new solar PV installation to serve all communal lighting and electric heating as much as possible |
