What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed Development at: Wembley Stadium, London, HA9 0WS We give notice that Wembley National Stadium Limited is applying to the London Borough of Brent to (a) vary Condition 1 (the 'event cap') of Planning Permission 20/4197 to: allow the use of the Stadium, on a permanent basis, for up to 8 additional major events per calendar year; combine the separate limits on 'sporting' and 'non-sporting' events; remove the 'swap' provision; limit the number of association football matches to 25 per calendar year; amend the interim spectator capacity figure; redefine the event cap year (to align with a calendar year). And (b) vary Condition 2 to allow for temporary traffic management in association with up to 54 stadium events per calendar year.

Any owner * of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Planning and Regeneration, Brent Civic Centre, Engineer's Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ within 21 days of the date of this notice.
