What is planned?

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Change of use of and alterations to agricultural
building to form a dwelling in connection with
existing farmstead, including installation of windows,
doors, roof lights and new clay pantiles to roof with
associated drainage works at Arras Farm Kiplingcotes

b) Erection of one and a half storey extension to rear at
Pocklington Dental 4 Barmby Road Pocklington
YO42 2DP (Ref: 24/00950/PLF)
c) Erection of single storey extensions to side and
rear, timber porch to side and timber pergola to rear,
construction of dormer to rear, installation of air
source heat pump to front and nine solar panels to
rear and application of render and cladding to walls
indicated by drawings at Brook House Beck Side

Proposal (c) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects a public right of way.
