Proposed development at Land at Gomm Valley, Gomm Road, High Wycombe.
We give notice that Taylor Wimpey West London having applied to Buckinghamshire Council for:
"Hybrid planning application consisting of a phased delivery of full planning application for construction of 79 dwellings (Class C3) including associated vehicular access, areas of open space, ecological enhancements, hard and soft landscaping, and associated infrastructure. Outline application for 4 custom-build units within Parcel 1 and up to 461 dwellings (Class C3), a 1FE primary school and early years provision, up to 1.4 hectares of employment land to provide flexible floorspace of Class 1(g), B2 and B8 uses and up to 201m2 of community floorspace (Class F2) within Parcels 2-8 together with ecological enhancements, green open spaces, hard and soft landscaping and associated highways and drainage infrastructure (matters of landscaping and appearance reserved)."
Has appealed to the Secretary of State against the failure of the Council to give notice of a decision.
Following the start of the appeal inquiry, the description of development was amended following a ruling by the Planning Inspector. The amended description is (with change in bold):
"Hybrid planning application consisting of a phased delivery of full planning application for construction of 79 dwellings (Class C3) including associated vehicular access, areas of open space, ecological enhancements, hard and soft landscaping, and associated infrastructure. Outline application for 4 custom-build units within Parcel 1 and up to 461 dwellings (Class C3), a 1FE primary school and early years provision, up to 1.4 hectares of employment land to provide flexible floorspace of Class 1(g), B2 and B8 uses and up to 201m2 of community floorspace (Class F2) within Parcels 2-8 together with ecological enhancements, green open spaces, hard and soft landscaping and associated highways and drainage infrastructure (with matters reserved as shown in the Application Boundary Plan 21020 S202)."
Following a re-consultation on this amended description of development, some concern was raised regarding where to find the Application Boundary plan. As such, the re-consultation has re-started from 19 April 2024 to 19 May 2024.
The Application Boundary Plan can be found on the Council's Public Inquiry webpage, under the 'Available Documents link' located here: www.buckinghamshire.gov.uk/gomm-valley. The Application Boundary Plan is labelled CD 2.37 within the 'CD2 - Additional Amended Documents and Drawings' folder.

The Inspector will take into account all comments previously received in regard to the application but any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this amended description of development for this appeal should write to: Planning Inspectorate (c/o Mr John Legg), Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol BS1 6PN or john.legg@planninginspectorate.gov.uk.

If you decide to make representations it should be you should make it clear that you are an owner of the appeal site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address. *"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
**"tenant" means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
