Manchester City Council The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact
Assessment) Regulations 2017 Notice of further information and evidence relating to EIA
Applications PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the application detailed below, submitted by Richard
James Manner on 13 December 2023, for planning permission, in respect of which an
Environmental Statement has already been provided, has had further information and/or evidence
provided to the Council. Further information has been provided as part of the Environmental
Statement comprising submission of updates of the Built Environment, Climate Change and Wind
Microclimate chapters and amendments to Appendix 7.2 along with amendments to scheme
comprising increase from 36 to 37 storeys (but overall decrease in height by 0.425m), increase in
amount of PBSA accommodation by 17 units and associated amendments to internal layouts,
reduction in width of tower, demolition and reconstruction of north wall to existing mill building
and palisade wall to Gloucester Street and relocation of the proposed substation and switch room
with amended decsription of development. The additional information does not affect the overall
conclusion of the Environmental Statement. The information and documents relating to the
