Notice Is Hereby Given That Applications have been made to the Rushcliffe Borough Council for planning permission in respect of the following developments;-

Affecting the Setting of Listed Building & Development within a Conservation Area

Article 15 Local Interest
Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) for application 22/00466/FUL to reduce the overall size of the development by omitting to underground car parking and the associated access ramp, and making a minor repositioning of the building on site.
