Major Development. Installation of ground mounted solar park with associated works,

plans) and no. 3 (boundary treatments) as previously imposed on planning permission
reference S/153/01503/23 for the change of use of land from former amusement park and
arcade to a holiday lodge showground, siting of a mobile lodge to use as an office and

Affects Setting of Listed Building. Development Of A Listed Building. Extensions and
alterations to existing dwelling, which is a listed building, and associated outbuilding to

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder
application or a minor commercial application or a refusal of express consent for the display
of an advertisement, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any
representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there
will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
