BUILDING CONTROL CHARGES SCHEME NO. 26
In accordance with regulation 12(1) of the building (Local Authority Charges) Regulations 2010, notice is hereby given that the Council has revised its Building Control Charges Scheme in connection with performance of the function relating to Building Regulations Scheme No.26 comes into effect on the 1 May 2024.
A copy of the Spelthorne Borough Council Building Control Charges Scheme No.26, 2024, will be available for inspection from the 26 April 2024 on www.spelthorne.gov.uk/buildingcontrol.
