Proposed Development at (a)The Former Village Inn, High Street, Skelmersdale, Lancashire WN8 8AP
I give notice that (b) Mr Mark Rimmer is applying to West Lancashire Borough Council for planning permission to (c) demolish of the former Village Inn public house and construct two blocks of terrace dwellings, total 10 dwellings, with shared courtyard and amenity space (ref 2024/0103/FUL)
Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application, you should write to Development Management, West Lancashire Borough Council, 52 Derby Street, Ormskirk, L39 2DF
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
Note: “Owner” also includes a person with a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is at least 7 years.
