NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (CERTIFICATE C) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed Development at: Shoreditch Island Site, bounded by Great Eastern Street, Singer Street & Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A

Take notice that: Biconsulta Limited is applying to the London Borough of Hackney for planning permission relating to the above land for: Demolition of Titchfield House, Picture House, 109 Great Eastern Street and 95 -97 Tabernacle Street and construction of a 5 storey building, 8-storey building and 22- storey building alongside refurbishment and extension of 95-107 Great Eastern Street and 87 - 93 Tabernacle Street in order to provide 6,578 sqm GIA of commercial floorspace (Use Class E), 232 long-stay aparthotel rooms (Use Class C1), 462 sqm GIA of retail and town centre floorspace (Use Class E(a/b/c) and Sui Generis), 37sqm of flexible retail, community and town centre floorspace (Use Class E(a/b/c and Use Class F2(b)) and 12 residential units (Use Class C3) together with creation of new central courtyard and pedestrian routes through the site, ancillary hard and soft landscaping, cycle and blue badge parking.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not

affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is

some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenant's rights: The grant of planning permission

for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenant's security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
