Major devt affecting PROW – 23/02077/APP – Land To The South Of Bishopstone (Adjoining Plantation) Off Kimblewick Road Dinton – Installation of a solar farm comprising ground mounted solar PV panels with a generating capacity of up to 40MW(AC), including mounting framework, inverters, underground cabling, stock proof fence, CCTV, internal tracks and associated infrastructure, landscaping, biodiversity net gain and environmental enhancements for a temporary period of 50 years.

The council has received submission of amended plans for the proposed access for the temporary haul road for the following application, which can be viewed via the internet. Major Development affecting a public right of way and is part of a scheme with an Environmental Impact Assessment23/02493/APP – Land Between Wendover Road and Aston Clinton Road, Weston Turville, Buckinghamshire – Erection of haul road to provide temporary construction access to Phase 1 from Wendover Road including silt fence, two temporary storage bunds (height not exceeding 2.5m) and permanent culvert (Bear Brook Tributary). (Amended Description) EIA development.
