Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:
Phased extraction of approximately 263,000 net tonnes of sand and gravel and 2,553,000 net tonnes of fine/soft sand within two sites in Warren Heath, Eversley, Hampshire over an estimated period of 16-19 years and subsequent restoration using in situ material and inert materials and soil forming materials arising from Collard Group Limited wider operations.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The proposed development affects public right of way
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2022/0604 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from SLR Consulting Ltd, Treenwood House, Rowden Lane, Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire, BA14 9NU, at a cost of £100 for a paper copy or £5 for a copy on CD. The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 30 May 2024.
