A summary of the planning applications and drawings, sufficient to explain the developments listed below, are displayed on the interim website of Comhairle nan Eilean Siar. https://cne-siar.gov.uk/. (The Online Planning portal is not currently available) The full planning application documents, plans, and drawings may be viewed at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Council Offices, Sandwick Road, Stornoway HS1 2BW between 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Requests for an appointment, for further information or any written comments may be made within 14 days of the date of publication of this notice by email to planning@cne-siar.gov.uk or by post to the Planning Service at the address given above, quoting the application reference number:
24/00111/PPD – 48 Melbost, Point, Lewis. Erect new A-frame house over existing structure and change of use to dwelling house.
24/00115/PPD – 83 Upper Coll, Back, Lewis. Erect single storey house, with associated access and curtilage.
24/00131/PPD – 5A Crulivig, Uig, Lewis. Erect detached dwelling house; create access; install foul water treatment system. Install air source heat pump.
24/00140/PPD – Arnish Road, Arnish, Lewis. Upgrade of the Arnish Road to form a two-lane road designed to adoptable standards. The upgraded road will run from the junction with the A859 to the Arnish Point Industrial Estate and will be 3.3km long.
24/00146/PPP – 10A Borrisdale, Harris. Create access and erect house.
