Erect slimline mesh cavity drain mesh membrane, venting at stair position and into sub-floor. Apply dry lining to same to bring out to original plaster depth. Skim wall areas in multi finish to marry flush with existing finishes. Re-fix skirtings. To the front wall section between the window and wardrobe itself will require re-plastering. Provide a salt retardant render- coat, prior to skimming the area to bring flush with existing finishes. Providing a render-coat and skim to same.

Applications can be viewed on the Council’s web site at www.adur-worthing.gov.uk or electronically at Reception, Portland House, Richmond Road, Worthing between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations should be submitted by email using the online form on our website (including your postal address on the email) or by writing to me at the address below, so that they are received by me not later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice in the case of applications involving listed buildings or within conservation areas, or 14 days for all other applications.
