NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT – PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997
The drawings may be viewed online at https://cne-siar.gov.uk or at Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Balivanich, Benbecula, between 0900-1700hrs Monday to Friday by prior appointment.
Requests for further information and written comments may be made within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice by email to planning@cne-siar.gov.uk or by post to the Planning Service at the address given above, quoting the application reference number:
24/000145/LBC – Martins Memorial Church, Francis Street, Stornoway, Lewis. Creation of door opening in east elevation by removal of existing windowsill and ancillary works. Replacement of large non-original window in south elevation. Various works to repair, refurbish, and repaint existing windows, doors, and roof timbers in a like for like fashion. Replacement of defective UPVC guttering.
