What is planned?
SECTION 16 OF THE COMMONS ACT 2006
PROPOSED DEREGISTRATION OF COMMON LAND AT: ADWALTON COMMON (CL67) THE PARISH OF DRIGHLINGTON
METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF CITY OF LEEDS COUNTY OF WEST YORKSHIRE
1. Mr David Arthur Todd and Mrs Janet Todd have applied to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs under Section 16 of the Commons Act 2006 for land forming part of the above-mentioned registered common land (the “release land”) to cease to be so registered. The Planning Inspectorate will decide the application on behalf of the Secretary of State.
2. The purpose of this application is to enable the construction of a single-story residential house on the release land.
3. The release land is described in the First Schedule to this notice. On the plan referred to in paragraph 4 below, the release land is shown edged red, and the boundary of the common is shown edged in dark green.
4.A copy of the application form and accompanying documents such as the plan showing the location of the lands can be inspected at Drighlington Co-op,164 Whitehall Road, Drighlington, Bradford, BD11 1AU between the hours of 07:00 am and 22:00 pm everyday until the 25th May 2024. 5. Any representations in respect of the proposed deregistration should be sent in writing ON or BEFORE that date to: Common Land Team, The Planning Inspectorate, 3A Temple Quay House, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6PN or commonlandcasework@planninginspectorate.gov.uk.
