The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated

23/38487/FUL & 23/38488/LBC - Walnut Tree Farm Cowley Lane Gnosall - Proposed conversion of 2 no agricultural barns to form a single dwelling, within the curtilage of and as enabling works for repairs / works to the listed building
22/36101/FUL - River Sow Mills Doley Road Eccleshall - Repair, rebuilding, and conversion of mill & maltings buildings to 2 dwellings; erection of 3-bay garage; demolition of former piggery building; partial demolition of stables building (in conjunction with 22/36102/LBC); and proposed Enabling Development on seven sites of 16 new detached dwellings
22/36102/LBC - River Sow Mills Doley Road Eccleshall - Repair, rebuilding & conversion of derelict mill & maltings buildings to 2 dwellings; proposed enabling residential development on seven sites for a total of 16 dwellings (18 dwellings overall); erection of new 3-bay garage; demolition of former piggery building

24/38761/FUL - Land At Rear Of 40 Rowley Bank Rising Brook Stafford - The proposed development consists of one new single storey bungalow.
The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 8 May 2024. Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 8 May 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
