Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 (4) and (5) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Landfill Site Ufton Hill, Bascote Road, Ufton, Warwickshire, CV33 9PP. I give notice that Biffa Waste Services Limited has applied to the County Planning Authority for planning permission for the Variation of conditions 2,13 and 14 of planning permission ref: S/91/1659 to amend the approved pre-settlement restoration profile, final restoration scheme and to agree an aftercare scheme and long term ecological management plan at Ufton Hill Landfill Site, Southam Road, Ufton, CV33 9PP.The proposed development affects the Public Right of Way of Footpath(s).
