a) Erection of detached carport and garden store
building ancillary to Barns 2 and 3 including change
of use of land to domestic use at Burbank Barn and
Orchard Barn Beals Lane Sutton Upon Derwent

b) Erection of a single storey dwelling including
construction of vehicle access at Land North of
Ferncroft Town Street Shiptonthorpe YO43 3PE
(Ref: 24/00646/PLF)
c) Change of use of agricultural building to form a
dwelling with associated building operations at The
Granary Hall Clarkes Common Farm Blamire Lane
Everingham YO42 4LQ (Ref: 24/00908/AGRNOT)
d) Strip front roof slope, replace or repair decayed/
damaged roof timbers as required with materials
to match existing, re felt roof, replace timber lathes,
recover with original/salvaged pantiles where
possible and repair/replace cast iron guttering
at Pocklington Pet Store 3, 3a, 5 and 7 Pavement
Pocklington YO42 2AU (Ref: 24/00652/PLB)
Proposals (b,d) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,d) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects a public right of way.

8 May 2024. You can visit any of the council’s
