What is planned?

The Council has received applications: ST/0184/24/FUL for proposed partial change of use from Sui Generis (function room in social club) to Class E(a) (salon) with associated amendments to building and new ramped access at Jordans Sports Club Ltd, Marine Drive, Hebburn, NE31 2AB. ST/0182/24/FUL for change of use of first floor flat (C3) to community hall (F2). Bi folding doors and balcony to north elevation. Re render building at South Shields and Westoe Club, 35 Dean Road, South Shields, NE33 4AS which affects the setting of the Westoe Conservation Area. ST/0197/24/FUL for new lift shaft and new metal fire escape staircase at Whitburn Cricket Club, East Street, Whitburn, SR6 7BZ which is within the Whitburn Conservation Area.
