What is planned?

Somerset Council - Planning North Team Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 25/24/00005: Unit 22, Evercreech Way, Highbridge, TA9 4AR. Erection of a rear (East) extension part on site of existing storage unit (to be demolished). This application is of public interest.

Application No. 42/24/00007: Springhead Farm, 17 Carms Lane, Puriton, Bridgwater, TA7 8AY. Erection of 4no. dwellinghouses & conversion of existing barn to lno. dwellinghouse, demolition of existing barn, formation of a new access into Middle Street & associated landscaping works. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 11/24/00022: 1 Hooper Close, Highbridge, TA9 4JU. Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission Application No. 11/22/00017 (Proposed redevelopment of land for 3no. commercial units (use class B2, B8, Eg(i)) & associated works.) to amend the approved plans listed in schedule A to reflect changes to the approved scheme. This proposal is a major development. Comments welcome by 07/05/2024.
