University of Sunderland is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Installation of a Solar PV system comprised of 1711 x 415 W panels with a total output of 710.07 KW.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of Saint Peters Church, Dame Dorothy Street, Sunderland which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
24/00224/FUL - Land To South West of Penshaw Hill Cottage Chester Road Penshaw Sunderland DH4 7LB. Green Property Developments Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Erection of a single storey detached building to provide pizza cafe.
This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of; Penshaw Monument, Chester Road, Houghton le Spring which is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.
Copies of the application and plans are available for inspection at City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA, during normal office hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm please note this is a self-serve facility. Alternatively, you can make comment and view plans via the internet at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/online-applications/ within 21 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.
