NOTICE OF VARIATION CHARGES
NOTICE is hereby given that the KENT COUNTY COUNCIL, acting as the Local Traffic Authority and in exercise of its powers under Section 35 (C) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (‘the Act’) as further regulated by Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedures) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended) hereby gives notice of the following variations to charges in the Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 shown below:
1. Dartford Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2021 (as amended) as shown in Schedule 2.
