WILTSHIRE COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTIONS 123(1) AND (2A)

PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT SALISBURY WILTSHIRE NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of lease the following part of its land holdings within Salisbury, Wiltshire which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:

Land on the east side of Gainsborough Close, Bemerton, Salisbury Plans showing the open space being transferred are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council's offices at County Hall Trowbridge. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned (using reference 150563) by 3rd May 2024.
