NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application(s) for planning permission have been made to the Council:

Application Number: 24/0127/FUL

Location: Rear Of 103-105 High Street Benfleet Essex SS7 1ND.

Proposal: Demolish existing outbuildings and construct 2No. 3 bed semi-detached houses with associated amenity space, parking and changes to vehicular access.

Applicant: Crown Holding Properties LTD.

Reason for Advertising: Affects the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

Application Number: 24/0116/FUL

Location: Brooks Stables Hilltop Avenue Benfleet Essex SS7 1PH.

Proposal: Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 5no. dwellings with associated access, parking provision, landscaping and supporting infrastructure.

Applicant: Braestone Developments Ltd.

Reason for Advertising: Departure from the approved Local Plan currently in force.
