Take notice that: Biconsulta Limited is applying to the London Borough of Hackney for planning permission relating to the above land for. Demolition of Titchfield House, Picture House, 109 Great Eastern Street and 95 97 Tabernacle Street and construction of a 5 storey building, 8-storey building and 22-storey building alongside refurbishment and extension of 95-107 Great Eastern Street and 87-93 Tabernacle Street in order to provide 6,578 sqm GIA of commercial floorspace (Use Class E), 232 long-stay aparthotel rooms (Use Class C1), 462 sqm GIA of retail and town centre floorspace (Use Class E(a/b/c) and Sui Generts), 37sqm of flexible retail, community and town centre floorspace (Use Class E(a/b/c and Use Class F2(b)) and 12 residential units (Use Class C3) together with creation of new central courtyard and pedestrian routes through the site, ancillary hard and soft landscaping, cycle and blue badge parking.
