Maple Field (Formerly Snells House), Snells Lane, Little Chalfont Variations to conditions 2 (Materials), 5 (Parking) and 10 (Approved plans) of planning permission PL/22/0920/FA (Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of a new dwelling on same footprint) to allow for a revision to the approved plans.

PL/24/0814/FA Affects setting of LB

PL/24/0878/DE Major development & affects setting of LB

Land To The Rear Of Old Beams, Three Households, Chalfont St Giles Approval of reserved matters following outline approval PL/19/4345/ OA (Demolition of the existing structures on the site and the erection of 14 new affordable dwellings) (matters to be considered: appearance, scale and landscaping).

Note there will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
