24/00256/FULL RSPB Vange Wick Pitsea Hall Lane Pitsea Essex. Wetland enhancement project to include the creation of additional scrapes to create muddy edges for feeding opportunities, using the earth from scrape creation to install a shallow (0.5m) perimeter bund within the antipredator fence exclusion zone to reduce water drainage from low-ways. Proposed splitting of site into three separate hydrological compartments by creating a tiered system with one-way flow to give a higher level of control over water levels. The site will be enclosed by a 2.3m (maximum) barrier predator exclusion fence around the perimeter.
