NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (3) OF TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT  PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015 AND THE TOWN  AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT  ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 OF AN APPLICATION  FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT ACCOMPANIED BY AN  ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Proposed development at: OS Parcel 2362 Adjoining And East Of Bloxham Road, Banbury (24/00772 /REM )

I give notice that Charles Church South Midlands Ltd have applied to Cherwell District Council on 20th March 2024 for subsequent consent for “Reserved Matters approval for 14/01932/ OUT – Parcel 2 for 95 dwellings – appearance, landscaping, layout and scale.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, the Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with it via the Council’s website. Copies are also available to view at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA between the hours of 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday inclusive during the period of 30 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the application and the Environmental Statement may be obtained by prior appointment from Charles Church South Midlands Ltd, Aspen House, Birmingham Road, Studley, Warwickshire, B80 7 BG

There may be a cost involved for obtaining a copy of the environmental statement.
