Reason for notice: May affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area Application No: 2024/00358/FUL Application Type: Full Planning Location: Canal Bank Farm Canal Side, Grappenhall And Thelwall, Warrington, WA4 3EX Proposal: External repair works, improvements and alterations to barns inc. replacement of existing roof coverings with blue slate, affixing of replacement rain water goods and new fascia boards, brickwork and pointing repairs, and structural works comprising partial dismantling and rebuilding of north-west corner of barn A; together with material change of use of barn B from agriculture to ancillary domestic storage uses and use as carpentry workshop for personal enjoyment only by occupant(s) of canal bank farm.
