What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL
The Council has under consideration the following applications:
Ref: DMPA/2024/0057 (affects a conservation area, a listed building and a public right of way) The erection of a detached garage at Pippins Paddock, Fox Hollow, Ingleby Road, Stantonby-Bridge
Ref: DMPA/2024/0217 (affects a conservation area) Change of roof style on garage and porch roof, and change of landing window at The Dimble, Woodshop Lane, Swarkestone
Ref: DMPA/2024/0313 (affects a conservation area) Proposed single storey rear extension at 3 Fir Tree Drive, Barrow-on-Trent
Ref: DMPA/2024/0351 (EIA development and major development) The removal of condition 31 of permission ref: DMPA/2022/1153 (relating to restriction of development) which itself was an application for the variation of condition 31 relating to planning permission ref: DMPA/2020/0543 (relating to the residential development of up to 1,100 dwellings, an extra care facility, a local centre comprising: a small supermarket with a floorspace not exceeding 1000 sqm (net); a smaller retail unit with a total floorspace not exceeding 200sqm (net); a café/restaurant with a floorspace not exceeding 200sqm (net); a public house with a floorspace not exceeding 650sqm (net); a doctors surgery or crèche; and a community facility, as well as a primary school together with associated playing fields and the provision of associated infrastructure (including roads, footpaths, cycleways, sustainable urban drainage and open space)) at Land at New House Farm, Etwall Road, Mickleover
Ref: DMPA/2024/0406 (affects a conservation area) The erection of a single storey rear extension and replacement windows with stone cills at Walnut Cottage, Main Street, Smisby, Ashby de la Zouch
Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire. gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays).
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
