Notice Of The Disposal Of Public Open Space At Moors Meadow Goodrich Herefordshire HR9 6HY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that The County of Herefordshire District Council intends to dispose of a parcel of public open space land at Moors Meadow Goodrich Herefordshire to Goodrich & Welsh Bicknor Group Parish Council.

Copies of plans showing the location of the land concerned may be inspected during normal office hours at the office of Herefordshire Council Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE. They can also be inspected on the Councils website at https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/ any objections regarding the intended disposal can be made in writing to Helen Beale, Senior Estate Manager Herefordshire Council, P O Box 4 Plough Lane Hereford HR4 0LE or by email to HBeale@herefordshire.gov.uk no later than 9th May 2024.
