What is planned?
Notice is hereby given that Vale of White Horse District Council intends to grant an easement over a parcel of land, which is described as public open space at The Warren (at the rear of Riversdale House, Radley Road), Abingdon, OX14 3XD under Title No. ON140486.
It is intended that the Council grant an easement over the land by way of private treaty.
A plan that identifies the precise location of the land in question is available to view at the Council's offices at Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon 0X14 3JE, or can be requested by emailing property@southandvale.gov.uk and quoting: Request for plan for The Warren, Abingdon.
