PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENt
Proposal: Mixed- use development houses, flats (81 dwellings) and commercial units; surrounding roads, public realm areas (Plot 35A).
Site Location: Granton Harbour, West Harbour Road, Edinburgh
A public consultation event is being held for the purposes of community consultation for this
possible development proposal.
This event will take place on Wednesday 24th April 2024 between the hours of 3pm to 6.30pm and is being held at Granton Station, 1 Granton Station Square, Edinburgh, EH5 1FU. You are able to make comments on the proposals directly to the developer at this stage, either at the above event and/or via email (plot35a@wga.ltd).
Please note that all comments must be sent to the developer to the contact details stated above and NOT to the City of Edinburgh Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council as and when a formal planning application for the proposal is submitted.
