PROPOSAL: Variation  and Removal of condition numbers 6, 8 and 11 of planning permission CB/22/00968/FULL (Erection of 138 residential dwellings (Use Class C3) associated access, landscaping and infrastructure). Variation sought to conditions 6 site access and 8 off site highway works. Removal of condition 11 relating to Traffic Regulation Order.
