Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major

Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article
15, & planning (listed building and buildings in
conservation area) regulations 1990
2024/338 - 2 Stanhopes, Limpsfield, Oxted.
Erection of front extension to provide porch. Alteration of
the front planting border.
2024/281 - 7 High Street, Bletchingley.
Replace existing timber windows to the front and
back of the property for UPVC timber effect flush
heritage windows.
2024/155 - Council Depot Warren Lane, Hurst Green.
Demolition of 122 Mill Lane, an office building and a
section of storage building, the creation of a new access
road from Mill Lane, construction of 22 dwellings, parking
areas and green space.

Demolition of older shed/buildings. Refurbish & part
rebuild outhouse. Replacement of flat roof with pitched

2024/144 - Godstone Club, Godstone Green, Godstone.
Variation of Condition 2 (Drawings) of planning permission
ref: 2022/1261 (To install 6 No. floodlit columns
to No.1 court to provide a second flood lit court).
Proposed amendment to location of the lighting poles.
2023/853 - 110-118 Station Road East, Oxted.
Demolition of existing properties at 110-118 Station Road,
Oxted. Construction of 12no Class C3 residential flats
and 6no Class E units, with parking to the rear.
