Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent, a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/0235: The Twitten, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3QE: Replace windows with wooden double-glazed windows to match the existing.
MO/2024/0315: Land at Pixham End (Central Site), Pixham Lane, Dorking, RH4 8BE, Demolition of existing buildings and structures, and the redevelopment of the site to deliver 69 No. new residential homes
(Use Class C3), associated landscaping, car and cycle parking and ancillary development.
MO/2024/0441: 9 - 17, Church Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8DG, Erection of 1 no. internally illuminated fascia sign and 1 no. yellow vinyl “Golden Arch” window graphic. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk.
