Castle Hill & High Street - Planning Application
What is planned?
The following applications have been submitted for Planning Permission/Listed Building Consent or fall within a Conservation Area.
2024/0213/FUL 8 - 9 Castle Hill: Change of use of upper floors from single dwelling (Class C3) to serviced hotel rooms (Class C1) allied to The White Hart Hotel.
2024/0193/FUL 311 - 312 High Street: Conversion of existing ground floor retail unit (Use Class E) to 3 retail units (Use Class E). Conversion of first floor retail units (Use Class E) to Amusement Centre (Use Class Sui Generis). External alterations to create new entrance to front elevation.
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
