AT: The Pendle Witch 38 Whalley Road Sabden BB7 9DZ FOR: Retention of single-storey porch to rear. Application number: 3/2023/0893
AT: 23 Pendleton Road Wiswell BB7 9DD FOR: Proposed demolition of garage and outbuilding. Construction of two-storey extension to side and single storey extension to rear. Creation of new window on side elevation and creation of new parking area. Application number: 3/2024/0234
AT: 56 Moor Lane Clitheroe BB7 1AJ FOR: Listed Building Consent for
regularisation of change of use of first floor to tattoo studio, and internal alterations involving new hand basin, tiling and new external waste bin. Application number: 3/2024/0185 and 3/2024/0186

Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
