Change of use from restaurant to an office and a flat; demolition of the rear storage and erection of a two storey dwelling house with front garden; removal of restaurant kitchen extractor duct, internal alterations and associated works

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.
'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
