Reference: AVA/2024/0208 Applicant Name: Lynda Smith Address: 27 Little Fallows, Milford, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 0RY Proposal: Installation of 1 No heat pump to the front elevation (may impact the setting and character of the Conservation Area)
Reference: AVA/2024/0212 Applicant Name: Mrs S Hackett Address: 1 Vicarage Close, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 1TB Proposal: Replacement of existing conservatory with single storey extension (may impact the setting and character of the Conservation Area)
Reference: AVA/2024/0197 Applicant Name: Mr & Mrs Woodcock Address: 4 - 5 Wood Lane, Milford, Belper, Derbyshire, DE56 0QS Proposal: Relocation of front wall and steps including engineering operations to create new parking area. Enlargement and replacement of the existing window to ground floor side elevation (may impact the setting and character of the Conservation Area)
