Notice Under Article 10 Application For Planning Permission

Proposed development at: Portfield Special School, Portfield, Haverfordwest, SA61 1BS

I give notice that Morgan Sindall Group on behalf of Pembrokeshire County Council is applying to Pembrokeshire County Council for full planning permission in relation to the redevelopment of Portfield School which includes the demolition of the existing Portfield Lower School, a masterplan for the campus, the redevelopment of the new primary school building, refurbishment works to the existing sixth form block, refurbishment works to the existing Holly House accommodation and associated works.

- And other documents submitted with it at

Development Management Section, Planning Division, Pembrokeshire County Council, County Hall Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1TP and online at https://www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/planning-applications/commenting-on-applications

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Pembrokeshire County Council at: planning. support.team@pembrokeshire.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this notice

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease. Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years.

'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
