Procedure) (England)
Order 2015
The following applications will not be determined
until 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Proposal Affects Public Footpath no. 229. Change of
use, conversion of and alterations to existing barn to
provide an annexe. SCALP HILL FARM, OLD MAIN
ROAD, HAGWORTHINGHAM. Mr. &. Mrs. Goldie,
(S/070/00498/24). Proposal Affects Tree Preservation
Order. Erection of a detached outbuilding to provide
additional living accommodation. EDCHA, STATION ROAD,
NORTH THORESBY. Mrs. A. Good, (N/133/00513/24).
Major Development. Proposal Affects Footpath no. 283.
Section 73 application to vary condition no. 2 (approved
plans), condition no. 9 (existing hedge & tree), condition no.
10 (landscaping), condition no. 11 (tree details), condition
no. 12 (domestic access/turning space) and condition
no. 13 (boundary treatments) previously approved under
planning permission ref. no. N/003/00166/20 for Erection
of 4no. detached houses with an integral double garage,
1 no. pair of semi-detached houses with attached single
garages and 1 no. block of 4 no. flats. Construction
of vehicular accesses and vehicular parking areas.

(N/003/00528/24). Major Development. Proposal Affects
Public Footpath no. 4. Section 73 application to remove
condition no.1 (approved plans) previously imposed on
planning permission ref. no. N/105/00376/22 for Section 73
application in relation to condition no. 1. (approved plans)
previously approved under planning permission ref.
no. N/105/1297/18 for the Detailed Particulars relating
to the erection of 258 dwellings, erection of garages,
erection of walls and fences, construction of a pumping
station, construction of access roads and construction
of a vehicular access (outline planning permission ref
no. N/105/0378/17 for the erection of 280 no. dwellings,
granted 18th May 2018) (works already commenced).

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas)
Act 1990. The following applications will not be
determined until 21 days from the publication of this
notice.
Affects/Adjoins Conservation Area. The Town and Country
Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England)
Order 2015 Notice under Article 15 Proposal affects Tree
Preservation Orders and a Major development. Section
73 application to vary condition no. 2 (approved plans)
as previously imposed on planning permission reference
N/133/01413/21 for the erection of 198no. dwellings with
associated garages and construction of a vehicular and
pedestrian access. LAND AT, LUDBOROUGH ROAD,
NORTH THORESBY. Mr. S. Ibbotson, (N/133/00547/24).
Affects Setting of Listed Building. Change of use of
land to site a mobile catering kiosk. TEMPORARY
PAY AND DISPLAY CAR PARK, NORTH PARADE,
SKEGNESS. Mr. D. Scott, (S/153/00515/24). Affects
Setting of Listed Building. Outline erection of 1no. dwelling.
LAND SOUTHEAST OF HAWKS MEADOW, CHAPEL
LANE, GREAT CARLTON. Mr. P. & Mrs. S. Dedman,
(N/063/00522/24). Conservation Area. Extension to existing
dwelling to provide additional living accommodation. LOW
WOOD, ALVERSTON AVENUE, WOODHALL SPA. Mr. G.
Wade (S/215/00490/24).

the Council's website in accordance with the provisions of
the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985,

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning
permission for a householder application or
a minor commercial application or a refusal of express
consent for the display of an advertisement,
which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations
in writing, any representations made about the application
will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no
further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
