What is planned?

Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) -Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Erection of purpose built student accommodation, with associated landscaping, amenity, access and other ancillary works at 138 Hydepark Street, Glasgow, G3 8BW.
A public consultation event will take place on Wednesday 17 April 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at The Pentagon Centre, 36-38 Washington Street, Glasgow, G3 8AZ. During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.
Further information and a copy of the consultation boards will be available from Iceni Projects, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so at the event or by email to hydeparkstreet@iceniprojects.com no later than Wednesday 12 June 2024.
A second consultation event will be held in May 2024. Details of this will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
