Notice of Adoption of East Ayrshire Local Development Plan 2

The Town and Country Planning (Development Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2008/2023
Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council has adopted the East Ayrshire Local Development Plan 2 on 8 April 2024. This replaces the East Ayrshire Local Development Plan 2017 and the Minerals Local Development Plan 2020.
The Development Plan for East Ayrshire now comprises the East Ayrshire Local Development Plan 2024 and National Planning Framework 4.
The East Ayrshire Local Development Plan 2 can be viewed online at: www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk
Copies have also been deposited at:
(1) East Ayrshire Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, KA3 7BU
(2) Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Road, Cumnock KA18 1LH
The Plan is available for inspection on the Council’s website and at the Council offices mentioned above, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays and online at all local libraries during normal library opening hours.
