Replacing wall finishes of the hallways, kitchen, dining room, family bathroom, shower room, powder room. Replacing family bathroom and shower room. Replacing Fireplace surrounds and introducing bioethanol fuel fireboxes. Adding bifold doors between rooms in front rooms. Adding wall lights. (Listed Building Consent). Reason: Listed Building.

24/0394/FUL/CE: Oaklodge, Heathbourne Road, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1PD. Demolition of existing dwelling and structures and construction of replacement 7x bed three storey dwelling with roof terrace, alteration to the existing vehicular access and associated landscaping, car parking and refuse storage. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0404/HSE/MV: 3 Falconer Road, Bushey, WD23 3AQ. Part single, part two storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
