1. 24/00275/FUL. Applicant: Mr J Swinburne. Proposed development/works: Erection of new garage (following demolition of existing garage) at 33 Ormes Lane, WV6 8LL.

2. Major Application. 23/01064/REM. Applicant: KMN Investments Ltd. Proposed development/works: Variation of condition 30 (operational hours) of application 21/01377/FUL. 

The proposals seek permission to change the approved operational hours to allow delivery hours to and from Phase 2 units H, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, to between 04:00 hours and 23:00 hours only at G5 Industrial Park, Spring Road, WV4 6JT.

2. Major Application. 23/01065/REM. Applicant: KMN Investments Ltd. Proposed development/works: Variation of condition 25 (operational hours) of application 22/01234/FUL. The proposals seek permission to change the approved operational hours at this employment site, to allow delivery hours to and from Phase 2 units A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F, G1 and G2, to between 04:00 hours and 23:00 hours only at G5 Industrial Park, Spring Road, WV4 6JT.

2. Major Application. 24/00357/RC. Applicant: MacLeeds & Co. Proposed development/works: Minor- material amendment/removal of conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission 22/01037/RC. Revision includes, additional areas of demolition and re-building due to structural issues at Eagle Works, Great Brickkiln Street, WV3 0PW.
