What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received
the following planning applications and listed building
consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
*R/2024/0189/CA: Conversion of garage to habitable
room; single storey extension and infill extension and front
boundary wall / gates at 6 Wilton Village Road, Wilton
Village
*R/2024/0204/CA: Retrospective application for
replacement roof/tiles at 23 Bristol Avenue, Saltburn
*As the above applications are householder applications,
in the event of an appeal against a refusal of
planning permission dealt with on the basis of written
representations, any representations made will be sent
to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further
opportunity to comment.
R/2024/0092/CA: Change of use from betting shop to
mixed use as restaurant and takeaway at 31 Westgate,
Guisborough
R/2024/0113/CA: Outline Application for demolition of pole
barn and replace with residential annexe accommodation
at Orchard Cottage, 4 Liverton Road, Liverton
R/2024/0208/CA & R/2024/0209/AC: Planning and
advertisement consent for installation of 3no. automatic
number plate recognition cameras mounted on single poles
(4m high) and 12no. bollards (1m high); display of entrance

R/2024/0229/AC: Display of replacement internally
illuminated digital display on bus shelter at 68 High Street,

R/2024/0230/AC: Display of replacement internally
illuminated digital display on bus shelter adjacent to 14
Westgate, Guisborough
R/2024/0231/AC: Display of replacement internally
illuminated digital display on bus shelter adjacent to 20
Westgate, Guisborough
R/2024/0070/LB: LBC for conversion of Dovecote to form
holiday cottage at The Dovecote, within garden of 10
Dovecote Close, Marske
R/2024/0184/LB: LBC for conversion of garage to
habitable room; single storey extension and infill extension
and front boundary wall / gates at 6 Wilton Village Road,

Applications which affect the setting of a Listed
Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:
R/2024/0208/CA & R/2024/0209/AC: Planning and
advertisement consent for installation of 3no. automatic
number plate recognition cameras mounted on single poles
(4m high) and 12no. bollards (1m high); display of entrance

Applications submitted under Article 15 of the Town
& Country Planning (Development Management
Procedure) Order 2015:
R/2024/0196/RMM: Application for reserved matters
approval for 396 dwellings and garages with associated
access/landscaping (planning consent R/2014/0372/OOM)
for land at Low Grange Farm, South Bank
R/2024/0213/FFM: Change of use of former nursing home
to a 27 bedroom hotel and spa including single storey
rear extension at Mulroys Seaview Nursing Home, 19-22
Newcomen Terrace, Redcar
R/2024/0222/FFM: Change of use of former social club to
provide 10no. apartments including first and second floor
extensions at former Eston and California Social Club, High
Street, Eston
R/2024/0234/FFM: Erection of temporary teaching
buildings, hardstanding, parking, access and landscaping
at land off Burns Road, Middlesbrough
**R/2024/0113/CA: Outline Application for demolition
of pole barn and replace with residential annexe
accommodation at Orchard Cottage, 4 Liverton Road,
Liverton
**(The above proposal does not accord with the
provisions of the development plans in force in the
area in which the land to which the application relates
is situated).

downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make
representations on the above should make them in writing
to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication.
Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act
1985 any representations made are available for public
inspection.
