Proposal: Demolition of existing hotel building and erection of a block of 52 no. retirement living apartments including communal facilities, landscaping, and car parking provision

Applicant: McCarthy & Stone Retirement Lifestyles Ltd

Application Number: 70484

Anyone who wishes to make representations about the above application(s) should comment via the website using the online neighbour representations section or write to the Development Management 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ within 14 days of this notice.
