b) Erection of a two storey and single storey extension to rear and frst foor extension over existing garage to side at 10 Woodlands Drive Beverley HU17 8BZ (Ref: 23/03788/PLF)
c) Erection of an agricultural style garage following demolition/removal of existing semi-derelict barn buildings at Land North of 74 Main Street Tickton HU17 9RZ (Ref: 24/00490/PLF)
d) Erection of two two-storey extensions with balconies to south elevation of Unit 4 and Unit 5 following removal of existing balconies and installation of 48 solar panels to southern roof slopes at Unit 4 and Unit 5 Hesslewood Offce Park Ferriby Road Hessle HU13 0QF (Ref: 24/00703/PLF)
e) Change of use of agricultural building including relocation of existing business to retail, storage and distribution of pet supplies, construction of hard standing and widening of access drive at Preston Field Wyton Road Preston HU12 8TY (Ref: 23/02662/PLF)
f) Erection of two dwellings folllowing demolition of existing dwelling at Applewood 12 Grosvenor Place Beverley HU17 8LY (Ref: 24/00783/PLF)

Proposals (a,b,c,f) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,d,e) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
